Milwaukee Federal Judge: SEC Settlements Too Weak (for 12/23/11)

Milwaukee Federal Judge Rudolph Randa ruled that SEC's settlement with headphone manufacturer Koss Corporation, which the agency charged with accounting fraud from 2005 to 2009.
